Getting Here

There are a variety of ways of getting to our ski-in ski-out apartment Tignes Val Claret. There is a train direct to Bourg St Maurice from Kings Cross, which is a pleasant way to arrive feeling fresh. Once in Bourg, we’ve found the easiest way up the mountain is to simply pre-book a Taxi.

Alternatively, you can fly into Lyon or Geneva and hire a car (there is underground parking at the apartment). One route we’ve tried and would not recommend is flying into Turin as the Tunnel du Frejus can be extremely hazardous in adverse weather conditions.

If you choose to drive from any location, bear in mind this is a high altitude resort and you will need snow chains to enter and leave Tignes.
